We joined Lave Mae and over 20 city, county, state, federal and nonprofit agencies for Malibu Homeless Connect Day, held at the former Malibu courthouse. The event, organized by the office of Los Angeles County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl in cooperation with Malibu Community Assistance Resource Team (CART), provided a one-stop-shop for services such as food stamps, affordable housing, social services, health screenings, haircuts, showers and foot washing.
